Internationalizing the Curriculum AwardS

As part of the continuing effort to meet UF's strategic goal of internationalizing the campus and curriculum, the UF International Center (UFIC) grants awards of $3000 to UF faculty for proposals that add international components to an existing course or create new courses with substantial international content. The Transnational and Global Studies Center (TGSC) and Research and Graduate Programs (RGP) also provide grants in the same competition. The awards are granted annually.

The TGSC will make four awards for courses that focus on a transnational or global issue or theme.  Of particular interest would be courses related to global governance and security; migration, identity, diaspora or refugee studies; and science, technology, and communications.
